"Lance from LD Madden Electric took the time to meet
with my wife Erica and I and listen to what we were trying
to accomplish with our bathroom remodeling project. Lance
made some excellent suggestions on how we could accomplish
our goals while remaining within our budget.
We had several issues with our old bathroom. We had to repaint
the bathroom every couple of years because the moisture from
the shower caused the paint and wallpaper to peel. The lights
were way too bright, especially when we had to use the bathroom
in the middle of the night. The old ceiling light looked like
it belonged in an institution not a home. The bathtub was
an ugly shade of powder blue. Erica had to blow dry her hair
in the dining room because there wasn't even an outlet in
the bathroom. Every time we had the toaster or coffee going
and Erica tried to dry her hair we would blow a fuse.
Lance resolved all of that by installing a bathroom fan to
vent the moisture. He replaced the light switch with a dimmer
so we aren't blinded in the middle of the night, replaced
the old fixture with an elegant one, installed the wiring
for a new jacuzzi tub, gave Erica an outlet for drying her
hair, and dropped a new line to the circuit box.
Thanks to LD Madden Electric no longer is our bathroom a
place where we cannot wait to get out of. Since then we have
brought Lance in for several other electrical jobs around
the house and would strongly recommend him to others that
are looking for professional electrical service at a price
you can afford."
